Personae

Personae swings between moods; or
persona. It has several components. First,
the film which was made in collaboration
with Jacob Landis-Eigsti. The film is in the
form of the poetic sestina which includes
six tercets and six overall sections. The
concert is also in this form. The concert
includes film from Stan Brakhage’s The
Dante Quartet, two commissioned musical
works, and a poem by Jesse Nathan. The
academic essay is published in The
Edinburgh Companion to Ezra Pound and
the Arts, and the audio recording was
released by Gega New in 2018.
